they are now writing date races for 3rd and 4th level claiming races. why the hell do they need all those confusing condition's? in my opinion they are only scaring people away from the place. why can't they just keep it simple so dopes like me can have some type of a shot in figuring out what the race is all about.

Dumb question maybe, but you mean nw3l/nw4l or n3x/n4x?

Those conditions for tonight's 3rd are nothing new at Penn National.

Nothing new most low level tracks write that condition.

Thought u were talking about the 4k claimers. I'm starting to see that condition more and more with the 2nd and 3rd level claimers.

Penn National's been writing that condition since at least 2013 at the 15k level. Parx writes it up to 20k.
