First Uncle Joe and now old Shelly. The both of them were a pair of grade A creeps and controlled between the two of them a huge amount of New York and it's business for what seemed like forever. And both wind up in the same jam, more or less. There are more career criminals there on State St. in that building than in the entire NYS correctional system.

A lifetime NY-bred I left that dump over 20 years ago and have never looked back.

In a million years I would never have thought that the slip and fall lawyers' benefactor, Shelly Silver, would ever get indicted. Never.

But today, he's now only an old corrupt slob who not only can't help but actually hurt sissy boy Andy Cuomo's soon-to-be failed presidential bid in 2016. So, out with the bath water Shelly.

The real question is: who kept the indictment under wraps until after the 2015 elections? I say Andy boy did since he was in a thougher re-election battle than the press reported. Silver being indicted then could've been problematic, to say the least. The final margin wasn't real close, except in upstate NY, as always. But then again, my NY brothers and sisters are equally dumb and deserve what they get -- except for Tom and my brother who swears he'll be the last man standing in our neighborhood.

they got a couple other speakers in the some of the southern states last year too that not many have heard about. i know one of the states was Alabama, but probably to small a state to talk about. i don't even know which political party they were affiliated with.

in massachusetts the speaker has more power than the governor. we've got 2 in jail now as we speak. those guys were democrats. to many things in mass. to be corrupt with.
