Very touching!

That it is, very much so. Born deaf and blind. :(

I read about Tough Sunday a few weeks ago. He's an amazing young fella, and too, so is his owner/breeder. Most breeders would've put this little one down at birth. They wouldn't have given the "dummy foal", as they are known, a chance to try and survive, much less break, and train to race.

..."Come back to race, Tough Sunday".

Added this horse to my stable mail. Refreshing story to hear. I look forward to his Cal Cup stakes debut.

Watched Tough Sunday in the Cal Cup Derby. -- In the 1 hole, he was away well, up close early. Traveled down the back side, moved up, contested the lead, but in tight he then faded. Passed by others.

What a brave little colt. Bless his heart. <3

I agree... I also think Baze may of got a little nervous on the rail and the Tough Sunday picked up on that. Can't fault either of them... if that's what happened. Allot of Heart shown by both.
