Great stuff - as usual. Format is great.

I went through the report very quickly. Quick comment - Daredevil’s BC performance may not be as bad as it seems. He was wide to nowhere into a wicked pace..... Don't know about the breeding but this guy was supposed to be one of the best in Pletcher's barn, early on.

I know that Mr. Jordan is currently on the sidelines, but Eddie Plesa Jr. thinks there might be a chance of getting this talented horse back on the track sooner than expected:

Daredevil faded badly, but did come from a wide post and ran into a very fast pace. Upstart did the same and finished 3rd. I also like Mr. Jordan a bit but question the company he's kept in Florida. hopefully he won't be sidelined too long and will get to prove himself against better foes. Plesa did bring Itsmyluckyday back from injury successfully.

I don't think it matters if a horse is NY bred, CA bred, Antarctic bred or whatever. The horse's form will show if he's good enough.

Regarding Funny Cide, later on Distorted Humor moved to KY and became successful anyway. Sometimes sires are underestimated and placed in another state, or overestimated. I'm sure there a ton of KY sires that aren't that great at making winners.

You are probably right, but the numbers are stacked against them.
