what track or OTB is LA and HA? 2 races at LA a 4.5 r1 and PARX 1st race listed

LA is Los Alamitos NIGHTTIME, which only runs 4.5f races for (cheap) thorobreds interspersed with QH races.

This distinguished it from LRC which is all TB, daytime, 1m track.

Don't know HA offhand.
