I smell a rat. Which isn't tough because we are talking about politicians.

They are just trying to get control over committees. If you want to see change then the senate and congress should have equal seats. In the senate it would be 1 democrat and 1 republican and etc.

IMO that would force the factions to work and get something done.

8 year terms andeveryone is gone. Do an internal audit and make sure the money is accounted for before they leave and then do a rectal to check for the silverware... :D
