Of course.

Although he likes to remain somewhat anonymous, many of us have met him at Saratoga and consider him a good friend as well.

Others just think he is a right-win... oh, forget that part.

Yes. Here is a photo of him from 1993 writing the original code to ensure all internet searches for "Right-leaning horse racing message boards" go to Paceadvantage.com.

I even remember PA 2000 Internet Explorer software! And my favourite title:

Market Efficiency Exploitation Method

Before my time here as a member. I had no idea Mike once sold data files, or had a website, rather than a forum. What happened to all that? Did the program stop making profit? Or, did Mike decide to not offer it to others anymore? On the face of it, it appears that it might still be a valid approach to the game.

In my experience, any method that produces a "good" oddsline, is probably worth using, if for no other reason than to determine overlays.

Tons of you probably don't even realize this place actually has a home page...

You probably know what I meant, I have both a "website" that does not include a "forum", and I also have a "forum".

I love the picture. It really captures the "essence of PA."

He looks almost exactly like that all these years later.

Might be interesting to others, like me, to create a "sticky" thread somewhere that contains the history of PA.

I agree! Who were the charter members, what was the format of the site, etc., in short, what was going on back then?

I asked Tom how he got away with just 'Tom' as his user name and he said that he expected there to be another prompt for him to fill in his last name.
:)

I'm not sure how close to the start this was but check here --> http://web.archive.org/web/19991013114726/http://paceadvantage.com/

Knave,

I believe this is like the 3rd incarnation of this forum. Perhaps someone can recall when the first one began.
