Algeria operates an extensive welfare state.

I wonder how that has been working out for the great nation of Algeria? Maybe some of you libs would volunteer to go over there and live for a year to analyze the great welfare state lifestyles of the Algerians? Hcap, TJ, Mosty, FannyDanny, etc., etc.
