Terrible news. I still watch him on youtube a lot. Mad-dogs and Englishman was a classic. He was one of a kind.
Rest in peace, Joe.

Very sad news. I am a big Joe Cocker fan, and I was even listening to his music late last night. Rest In Peace, Joe...and know that truly talented people never really die; their spirit continues to live inside the millions of people that they've touched with their enormous talent. Job well done.

One of a kind indeed. The soul, the passion, that voice! When he covered a song he owned it. The Letter was maybe my favorite but there are so many others. R.I.P.
