HDW offers a days unlimited usage for $5.95 for JCapper Silver files which in my mind is not a bad deal. This daily $5.95 download caps out when you reach the monthly fee. This includes the XRD result files and of course, JCapper Silver software (Free).
I guess that's as flexable as they are willing to be.
Compared to some other data providers, this seems like a bargain.

Contact Ron Tiller at HDW, he can give you all the info you need. Very nice guy too! I use the JCapper monthly unlimited plan, but as was stated by Partsnut, they have the daily unlimited download plan that caps out at the monthly unlimited download price ($89). Of course you get both the cards files and the results files for the same price. This beats the heck out of what Brisnet is offering, and I was a former long time Brisnet data file advocate!
