not our horse but just a sweet to see our longtime trainer and friend romp against the big name owners/trainers !!!

Our horse ran a very game second earlier this week and was claimed away.

Sorry, woulda replied sooner, but was too busy watching the replay :) For some reason, I flew down Saturday nite for the race. All morning, Tommy was nervous, making me feel even more nervous, that I'd be going back to the airport after the race without a picture.
Well..........at about 3/4's I began to cry, as I came to realize that this would be a day, I will remember FOREVER....After listening to the replay, it was great that someone who sees so many races like Larry Collmus, was speechless as well...Then I saw on Twitter, that DRF's Mike Welsch, said "running like a tremendous machine puts in a SECRETARIAT like performance winning the 4th under Jocy Gomez".........
Needless to say, I've been in a cloud since, clutching my win picture, and my picture with Jocy ;) ........Tommy and Lisa have taught me so much over my years knowing them, as well as putting up with me :lol: ......but the gift of December 14, 2014, was MORE than I coulda ever asked for from Santa....Sooooooooo glad I got on that plane Saturday nite!!!!!!
