Confused about something

I am looking over the 2nd race at Aqueduct for Thursday. The :6: horse Rosemarie was placed 1st through disqualification back in March but yet ran in maiden races 4 times after that for two months. Has not won since then and has not raced in a maiden race since. Was the win given to her 2 months later? I am just curious.

Sorry if this was ever brought up before.

It seems like the DQ was made sometime between may 9th and June 8th because that's when she stopped being entered in Maiden races.

yes..positive test on winner..dated June 5th...see bottom of comments on chart.
