The FTC can protect stupid Americans when it comes to using the PC.

What about the ACA?

A fraud by any other name is still a fraud.

What health insurance do you have?

What difference does it make?
We have strong evidence that a fraud was committed.
Or do you guys support open violation of ALL laws when it comes your boy?

The fraud was in passing the bill. The insurance, which is provided by private companies, does not appear to be fraudulent.

The FTC does not have the authority to protect the consumer against deception or fraud by the Congress or the White House.

The FTC, then, should read the EPA's playbook on power and methods of acquisition.
