Yes, because we give a crap that people died needlessly.
you seem to ignore that fact in favor of politics.
Sad, and sick.
But not unexpected.

Anyone who paid any attention to any of the investigations at the time, already knew this. I am certain that this report will be no more successful in convincing our conservative friends. They are immune to the facts.

You even got that wrong. That decision was made by a mid level State Department official influenced by the refusal of a Republican house to fund increased security.

Blah blah blah.......

Btw, those mid level junior types got promoted after letting four people die.

The same President and his minions that rode the back of Navy Seals to celebrate getting Bin Ladin, and praised the Seals could give a flying **** that two seals were killed at Benghazi while waiting for help that never came. Democrats face no accountability, ever. It's part and parcel to being someone without core beliefs and values. Ever changing beliefs to suit the moment is why things like Benghazi happen. It's why people like Lois Lerner get to retire with 100k pensions after conducting a war on political enemies. Standard operating procedure for the left. Anything to maintain their grip.

Which is all that conservatives have done since this tragedy occurred.
Nothing new, though, for them to seek political gain from such events.

How many asked specifically for help and were refused?
How many people went on the Sunday shows and outright lied about those attacks and tried to blame it on a video?
Try to pay attention.

The old liberal shuffle doesn't work around here.
But you could get a job at CNN.

Free yourself from ignorance - do a little reading.
They knew watching it live it was not a video protest.
The know it was an organized attack.
The allowed Rice and others to spread the lie for weeks.

And the report does not say that they were innocent of those charges either. The report tip-toes around that issue, and does not directly address it or make a finding. The report specifically says that the process used to generate the talking points was flawed. There is enough evidence in the report to conclude political motivations in the talking points, but the report opted not to make a conclusion either way.

Close, but no cigar.

Cheney was the CEO of Halliburton before resigning to run for VP.

Halliburton got $39 billion in contracts during the war. (Hint: revenue is different than profit)

I believe that the invasion of Iraq was a huge mistake by Bush. I don't believe that the decision was based on oil or Halliburton profits or any other left wing conspiracy theory. It was based on bad judgement, bad intel, and bad faith on the part of Bush and the neo-cons.

None of which has any bearing whatsoever on the mistakes of this administration or the incompetence of this president.

It is the mainstream media reports about the House report that are falling apart. The House report is very polite and diplomatic, allowing the media to read the conclusions they want into it. But it contains a lot of politely worded land mines too.

that report on Benghazi is going to fall apart.

Remember, "what does it matter now"? wrong response in that league.

you know it will and the liberal minions around here will swallow it whole.

They asked for more security in advance and were turned down.

WHY?

AT WHAT COST? evidently it was not the lives that were lost. so what was the reason?

you libs are pretty vain. Those people had families and this did not have to happen.

Or explain the parents of Benghazi victims trying to get the truth from the most transparent administration in history.

Parents of two of the four men killed in Benghazi last year testified Thursday before a committee investigating the incident that Obama administration officials have failed to answer questions about the attack despite pledges to keep them informed.

"No one in the government has told me anything," said Patricia Smith, the mother of Sean Smith, whose body was the first one found at the diplomatic compound in Benghazi on Sept. 11, 2012. "Everything I've found, and I mean anything, I found by going on the Internet and asking questions."

"It's been true hell living through this without any answers," Smith said.

Neither are pretty pictures with invalid data. Most sources cite 13 attacks under Bush. Reports vary, but a quick search indicates that 1 or 2 of the dead were US diplomatic personnel, about 10 were American civil contractors, and the rest were locals, generally police or other security.

And how many of those attacks took place when the Democrats had control of one or both houses of Congress? How many investigations did the Democrats initiate? How many times was Bush even accused of lying or covering up about those attacks?

Now, this might be news to a certain segment of the population, but as the AP’s Ken Dilanian notes, the investigation largely replicated the findings of six prior investigations carried out by Congress:

Many of its findings echo those of six previous investigations by various congressional committees and a State Department panel. The eighth Benghazi investigation is being carried out by a House Select Committee appointed in May.

Here’s hoping the eighth, or the ninth, or tenth investigation will finally uncover the truth.

Men and women privy to the same intelligence reports as the president, so don't tell me they were suckered in by big bad George W. Bush (the IDIOT, as you like to call him).

Once you start posting that Democrats lied about Iraq, then I can take you seriously...but that's right, I forgot...I banned you from off-topic for your despicable reply on another thread.
