I know I have seen you talk about the energy distribution before, and I dont know if it was on here or somewhere else, I think I heard you say something like there are basically pars to the energy distribution, and I just read you post about the Oaks, and you were mentioning energy. How does one find out what is a "good" energy figure for a given track/distance/class?

You keep a detailed model of every distance, class and surface at every track you are playing. Anything else is a shortcut, and anything less doesn't work.
