For a present I recived A copy of Dave Powers Software "Power Handicapping Quick Selection" [ PHQS } People who have the paper and pencil version seem to think it is fair to good. Anyone on this board have the software program and can tell me the best way to use it. It is a final speed method and includes Plus factors , Jockey and trainer combinations. droping in class, recency. ECT,
