LET'S SEE IF WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE:

For the last several yrs one of my favorites tracks continues to thrive. Numerous press releases about record handle, record attendance, raising purses, raising purses again, raising them again, etc. They are doing very well in this growing part of Florida!

One thing they have not done is anything to reward the horseplayer. They have one of the highest takeout rates in the country of 25.9% on exotic wagers! Why when they're doing so well do the rob us!

That campaign should be expanded to any track that has added slots or will be adding them. These huge purse increases from slots with no lowering of take-out is obscene. But I'm sure it's just an oversight that the players are the only ones that haven't benefitted from robbing the slots players. I'm sure it's high on their things-to-do list. Any day now.....
