Pretty cool that they are doing this. Not having cablevision we don't get the NYRA Network. It's probably a nice change from listening to TVG.

Just watched the First race at Meadowlands.

The "Head-On" Cam is awesome for checking out runners
close up in the post parade.
A Fantastic signal,& the "Paddock Cam" allows unobstructed views
of field early.
Bigtime KUDOS to TheNYRA.

Its nice for sure, but this has been standard for years for every other sport known to man. Obviously horse racing is the last one to embrace hd, this should have been years ago imo

Typical complaint.....no matter how good something is....

Anyway, just tried it out and it looks very nice. I guess this will be made generally available as there is already an HD app for those with a rewards account. Word of warning though. Don't use it while betting. It appears to be on at least a 30 second delay.

The computer was a good 3-4 seconds ahead of TVG. How close it is to real time I have no idea.

I was timing against NYRA Network TV feed which is pretty close to real time.
