Steve Klein track bias ratings

Anyone employ these ratings?

Every once in awhile I re-read some of my old books and have been thumbing through Klein's "Power of Early Speed" lately.
I remember looking at this in 2005 when the book was released but never tinkered with it.
If anyone has tried it and would like to share their opinion it would be welcome.

He changed the method he uses after the book came out (nice!).
He had a website where you could buy reports.
