7th. Feature race. Looks tougher to me than the betting indicates. Not sure the :2: is ready, so I'll take a bit longer price and the :7: each way.

Well, can't argue about the sentiment for Hong Kong racing. Definitely my favorite circuit now.

7th race was aggravating, as for the second time tonight my dog had the lead in the stretch, and couldn't quite get home. Had the :2: in the 4th race, and he did the same thing. Oh well, time to crush the 8th.

Nice winner in the 8th, Nitro.

Race 9: Gonna take a price with the :3: , getting his first chance to try the Sha Tin turf. Thought he looked good in the walking ring. Saver Qs with the :2: :5: :14: . Can't believe that price on the :11: , but maybe he likes winning after finally doing it in his last, making him 1 for 23 lifetime.

Cashed a small place bet on the :12: , but could have used him on top. No match for the winner though, who was parked wide and won for fun in spite of looking so-so in the walking ring.

No sense going to bed with Longchamp starting up in less than two hours..... :)
