"Doubling up on the JAC/SD total. I think people are vastly underestimating Jacksonville's ability to score with Bortles. Henne took 12 sacks in 10 quarters. Bortles was sacked 1x in the 2 he played. JAC is not a good team but they are improved at the most important position. SD wins 31-28

3-1 YTD

PHI +4.5
JAC/SD over 44.5
JAC/SD over 45"

5-2. No bets this week.

Tennessee Titans - 1.5 (Locker is back with the wrist)

patriots +1 (everyone is talking down about the patriots, these guys are winners and the Bengals are pretenders)

San Fran -5 (Chiefs are in 'punch you in your face' mode, 49ers can go man for man, and the coaches will be prepared to stop the power game that was used vs. NE)

Carolina -2.5 (trap game. Everybody and there mother can see that Chicago should beat Carolina @ Carolina)

Tampa Bay +10.5 points

Washington +7.5 (Cousins @ home with an awful lot of points in a pride-game)

Partly that. I also think SF beat Philly much easier than score indicated. Philly's 3 TDs were all non-offensive TDs. I maybe had been a bit too anti-SF and their defense looked really good. Of course part of that could've been Philly having trouble with their O line.

KC a big emotional Monday night win over what they probably (in their minds) consider a good NE team, even though anyone who's watched NE knows they suck. Non conference road games are the lowest priority games for any NFL team.

NE has it so good in that division. They are still the NFL's top product in that division.
Buffalo? Miami? The Jets??

New England is done? Now is the time to pick them to win that soft division.

Jets continue to be a joke.
I like Geno Smith. He could be one of the league's top backups and have a long career supporting playoff teams with reliable spot-play.
By the time this plays out, fans will be hating Geno Smith for the sins of the Jet's organization.

Boy, this Bortles for Jacknsonville can play.

There's no hesitation in his game. He plays with confidence.

A couple times early in the Pittsburgh game that he had drives called back on him with key penalties, and it looks like Pittsburgh will go on and open up a nice win (currently 3-3), but Bortles is a player.

Carolina -2.5 (trap game. Everybody and there mother can see that Chicago should beat Carolina @ Carolina)
someone forgot to tell them that this was a Trap game :bang:

Tennessee : Time running out w/no timeouts and Whitehurst throws short pass to middle of the field. Pass completed but clock runs out. Something you might occasionally expect from a high school quarterback. Flat-out pathetic.

Saints. 37-31 in OT . The Tampa QB can play although it was a Rob Ryan defense

Wow, I'm surprised that the Jets are bringing in Vick to start the 2nd half down 21-0.

Smith had 27 yards and an INT for a QB rating of 7.6 in the first half, but as my comments have indicated, I thought the Jets would continue to force Smith in the game.

I understand the early season stuff with Rice and Peterson makes the NFL wary of Mike Vick on a NY team, and I understand that the Jets have tried to sell fans and clients that Smith has unlimited potential, and that there also is a legitimate worry that Vick isn't sturdy enough to play a full season, but in terms of pure football, Vick is an easy decision.

The next game's starter will be more telling.

Jets continue to be a joke.

2-2-1 on week. Went 0-1-1 taking NFC teams vs AFC teams. Spread wise, the AFC has really improved over last year. I deserved to lose taking Arizona.

 the minute i start thinking I know how to bet football, and put down real money, my luck will run out.

Looking at Jacksonville +6 vs Tennessee next week. I see that I missed the opening price of +7. Wonder if it will keep dropping? I was impressed by Bortles, and the occasionally power run play. Locker hurt a hand again for Tenn.

-hey why not, this is just for fun - put me down for Jax +6 for the early odds week6.

still have Washington +7.5 on Monday Night Football...

should be 14-0 Seattle.
2 straight flags on 2 touchdowns by Harvin for Seattle called back cost them 4 points.
Now 10-0 Seattle.
