Move to Utah. Only problem for us, no racetracks or ADWs, or any type of gambling. :( Interesting report since it grades in many areas not usually rated in these types of things. Which state has the fattest people or which state gets the best sleep not usually found. :) As expected, most of highest ratings are from Red States in the Rockies and Upper Plains and Midwest.
