These negotiations seem like they're of a bygone era where a physical location is needed to bet on sports.

So why not offer sports betting on all sports except the NFL? Im sure bettors wouldn't mind being able to bet college sports as well as NBA and NHL which are starting fairly soon.

I believe college wagering is not allowed in NJ, just pro bets.

In order for the betting to operate, the state MUST stay completely out of the system. Cannot regulate, license or administer.
