Did it come with 8GB? If yes, then a measly 86 MB is just 1.07% of the entire space. 86MB is basically nothing, so it's reported as empty space. Delete some unneeded crap.
Also, not to offend you, so don't take this the wrong way,but you should seriously think of getting a basic computer book like PC's for Dummies or something similar. That goes for anyone who has very limited knowledge about computers.

Keep asking. Lots of help here. It doesn't mean you won't get your balls busted a little. It's the nature of the crowd here. Just like the OTB.

Some of those tablets allow you to install a memory card and then move apps to what they call "shared" memory. Check your user's manual.

Who is the manufacturer and what model is it?

If you really want to put time and effort into it start reading about rooting. Once accomplished you can get rid of all the bloatware on the tablet. But be forewarned you can brick (wipe out everything) if you don't pay 100% attention. It's not for the timid but worth a few hours of reading.

Ralph helps tons of people when they need assistance because they feel their alone on an island. As he stated a little humor can go a long way discussing problems like this. You couldn't get a better instructor (equal yes) in here discussing computer problems. Certain subjects can get very tedious at times the questions asked are usually rote till you zone in on the problem.

Retrieve the requested information about your tablet and you will be surprised how much help you will receive.

You can add 16Gb extra memory to the Nextbook.
It takes two minutes and costs a few $
