Questions for Pandy

Pandy two of my favorite articles by you are the Revised Bread and Butter system and Using Early Speed to pick winners article.
My question is do you still use those methods in your everyday handicapping?
I am just trying to determine how effective they are in todays racing world.

This year I've been concentrating mostly in the two turn tracks, so I really haven't been using the early speed method, which is more for a half. The bread and butter article was an update of the original I did but I don't use it.
