Here it is folks. I am giving it out. The 5th at Delaware. Seven horse field with two standouts and five horses that SHOULD be retired.

The play is :5: :2: Now, the exacta is only going to pay around 4.40 so we won't get rich, but we all can have at least one winner today. Could the 2 beat the 5. Possible, but the 5 is lone speed, has better beyers and more back class than the 2. Plus the 2 has only 3 wins lifetime from 41 starts with 15 seconds.

The rest of the field THIS year is as follows: 25 starts, 0 wins, 0 place, 0 show

Easiest exacta box of the day. But lets get greedy and make it cold 5-2

I wish I could figure out which one of the other five would be there, but they are all so bad that trifecta or super is not an option.

The :5:looks like a gate to wire here. There will be some pressure from the :1:
who should start to drop anchor as he approaches the turn for home. The :2: is a closer and I think the concern I have with your pick. I think the :4:or the:7: could upset your exacta here. I'm not betting this race for one reason- 4K claimers with this attached. Good luck

The :4: has not been out since October and hasn't been around two turns for God only knows how long. Terrible trainer who is 0-3 off long layoffs. Still eligible for NW3 lifetime and is 46 2 5 11. I will be shocked if this one is even close. Yes, the :7: appears to be the third best horse, maybe, but you have to forgive his only DEL race and go back to June 14 to find a race that even comes close to the top two.

I was just giving my 2 cents ! I have real problems putting much faith in 4K horses, they just don't run to form, and can lose any form that may have shown from race to race at any given time. I used to play Del Park, too many games played there.

I'm not betting anyway, so good luck.

Thanks for your input. It made me go back and look at it again. I have come to the conclusion that the :7: is probably going to be third or fourth. I am still going to play the exacta but also the tri and super with the :7: third and fourth. Thanks Dave also!

I played this race for 2 reasons. The first is being I really like Minnie Punt in the 4th and played it to the :2: :5: in the DD. The 2nd reason is the :6: horse in the 5th is blinkers-off, 15-1 ML so I went :2: :5: with :2: :5: with :6: trifecta looking to make a few $$ off of 2 chalks.

I looked at the 4th and I am with you on Minnie Punt. Looks real solid. Do you have the other two for the tri in the fourth?

That sucked. I played a 100 exacta 5-2 and a 20 2-5. Lost 20 bucks on the race. It seems every time recently I play against an asshole smeller they decide to go ahead and win. 3 for 41 with 15 seconds and 3 straight seconds. Damn it.

Is my cut in the mail? Afterall, I made the original post and gave out the top two which then allowed Bennie to give out the six. :D

Check out the bridgejumper on the :5: . It kept the 34-1 shot :6: show price at $3.60.

Jettroofer - glad I could sway you to use the 6 horse. No need to send a cut now as I played it myself. Bank it for me for the future:)

zico20 - I was leaning on playing the race but thanks for pushing me. Just wish Minnie Punt didn't cut into my profits so much.
