This may be premature, but after two races (and looking at the track itself) is the rail not the place to be?
I got fooled along with many and went with speed in R2 (Ziggy Monndust), who opened up and tired noticeably to hang on for 3rd....but, as TLG has pointed out...the 7f may have been the reason he folded.
These sloppy/muddy whatever tracks usually favor speed and I admittedly overlooked the tricky 7f distance
On to Race 3 where we had another runner leading into the lane and fading inside...this one badly, (Shireffa) didn't hit the board at even money. The winner came about 3w and the other $ runners were wide as well.
So what do we do in the 4th Race?
Let's see if Johnny V keeps expected speed #3 off the rail a bit.
I am passing this one with the odds being what they are right now.
