This may be premature, but after two races (and looking at the track itself) is the rail not the place to be?

I got fooled along with many and went with speed in R2 (Ziggy Monndust), who opened up and tired noticeably to hang on for 3rd....but, as TLG has pointed out...the 7f may have been the reason he folded.
These sloppy/muddy whatever tracks usually favor speed and I admittedly overlooked the tricky 7f distance

On to Race 3 where we had another runner leading into the lane and fading inside...this one badly, (Shireffa) didn't hit the board at even money. The winner came about 3w and the other $ runners were wide as well.

So what do we do in the 4th Race?
Let's see if Johnny V keeps expected speed #3 off the rail a bit.
I am passing this one with the odds being what they are right now.

Small play in R4:

ex: 3-10 w 9
win: 9

Had a 6,2/2,5 DD over those two races so yeah, I definitely noticed the rail looking like a sinking pit to be in. Should have stuck to my guns about NO MUDDY TRACKS

Johnny V kept the winner about 3w in the 4th, although the inside runner did hold well for 3rd.

Can't play the 5th as this bunch has no form...track is a mess.
Have maybe one more play to make today, but will be watching as always for bet backs and bet againsts.

Be interesting to see if Great Attack can beat legit dirt runners here. I'm thinking he's overbet, but what do i know (don't answer that :D )

If Zee Bros is right, he should roll at only 5.5f

5-2 odds are very nice

:12: should stay off-rail. Good luck to us.

the inside is not good for front runners. too much energy in deepest part of track.

I hate threads with titles like "Saratoga Today" unless it magically disappears at midnight.

Rough beat for 6-7 exa holders.

Not sure why there's an inquiry on the winner? Anyone know why?

I hate threads with titles like "Saratoga Today" unless it magically disappears at midnight.

That's why I put a date on my threads that I label somewhat generic
