Why does this kind of stuff always remind me of North Korea and Dear Leader?

I assume that image and message in the first post emanates from some PR arm of the White House? If not, I guess I can delete my reply later.

"Let's make this birthday one to remember!"

By it being the last one before impeachment? (Won't happen.)

By it being the last one with job disapproval numbers under 60%? Maybe.

It is from Organizing for Action (OFA), the group formerly known as Organizing for America, which was formerly known as Obama for America, which was Obama's campaign organization.

OFA says that it is a "nonprofit social welfare organization and community organizing project that advocates for the agenda of U.S. President Barack Obama." In spite of its obvious political work, OFA's non-profit status has not been questioned by the IRS.

Happy Birthday, Barack!
The streets of Kenya are filled with your admirers.

Do they have streets in Kenya?

Oh, wait, hold those wishes - I need to see the BC first.
You do have one, right?

It's that--knowing that a couple years after you retire you'll be worth a gazillion dollars--smile.

I believe that is the OFA birthday card from some previous year. It is an older photo, because his hair is a lot grayer now, from everyone "hatin'" him all the time.

AKA the short-timer grin.

A box of golf balls.
A coupon for a $50 discount on a new teleprompter.
A copy of the Constitution of the United States of America.

Really want to wish you a happy birthday.
Enjoy the moment.
Slice the cake and have a big piece.
It may be fattening but it's good.
Go golfing and get a hole in one.
Never know when you'll get lucky.

And hope you have fun.
Sing along to the birthday song.
Stand tall and sing loud.
Have a very happy birthday.
One more time, everybody sing.
Light the candles.
End the day with a glass of brandy.

Just want to convey my birthday wishes too.

And add that I look forward to two more years of slightly upset conservatives! ;)

Sorry, the beverage of choice at the White House is Kool-Aid.
