When a foreign horse runs in a race and the PP shows the amount of the race, is that in US Dollars? For instance today at Saratoga, Race 7, the :9: , Filimbi,3rd race back was run in France (FR) and is listed as Stk 70100. I am asking if the 70100 is US Dollars. Thanks!
