Minor Tracks

Do any ADW's accept wagers on the very minor tracks like Grand Prairie?

The lone quibble I have of Xpressbet is that I am unable to play lower tier "local" tracks such as Fonner, Ag Park, Montana fair meets etc. I assume such track limitations are subject to contractual affiliations...Stronach or whatever, similar to the way HRTV shows certain tracks different than the TVG lineup.
Prior to joining with Xpressbet I used an online account through a Vegas casino and was able to play any US track, but I don't know if that is still an option.

Not all tracks make their signals available for simulcasting in general, as there are some significant additional expenses involved (like uplinking video). Some just don't make the signal available to ADWs (to any of them, or sometimes just selected).
