This girl is a jackass...she shouldn't have told the cop she had the gun on her. It was a traffic violation. Your car doesn't get searched nor are you asked to step out of the car during these types of situations. Should of just kept her mouth shut let the officer hand her the ticket and be on her way.

yeah, that was kind of dumb what she did, if you have a loaded gun in your car you have to run thru your mind what you're going to do if you get stopped, and she didn't do that.

Some states require it. In Ohio you have to tell. At least they did. PA doesn't from what I read. But, some instructors still teach that you should as a matter of courtesy. Of course that means when you're in your home state.

In Texas, anybody, CCW permitted or not can legally carry a loaded gun in their car. I assume the cops approach everybody thinking they have a firearm
