DJIA made a new high. S&P did not. Possibly temporary, but usually a bearish sign. Any thoughts?

My belief is that this bull market is on its final legs. 4-8 weeks most likely. That said, I don't see the irrational exuberance that precedes such a bear market either. I think we have another 3-5% upside before the downturn. JMO.
