CLAIMING. Purse $9;000 FOR FILLIES AND MARES THREE YEARS OLD AND UPWARD TRAINERS WHO HAVE NOT WON A RACE AT TIME OF ENTRY AND STABLED CURRENTLY ON THE GROUNDS WHICH HAVE NOT WON A RACE SINCE APRIL 18; 2014. Three Year Olds; 119 lbs.; Older; 124 lbs.

Such as:

Trainers who have not had a PED violation in the last 2 years - nTPED2y
Triple Crown race winning owners who have not made a fool of themselves ever - nTCO1FOOLx.
Trainers who have not been late to the paddock in 6 months - nTLate1y

Anybody wish to contribute others?

shouldn't just limit it to trainers, also need to allow owners that perk

They've carded races like this in years past, but I've only seen it in the closing Weeks of the meet.
