Ran 5th @ 9/2. No shot ride down backside today. Is in shape and can be dangerous next out.

This will be my first bet at Los Alamitos TB.

Race 7 6.5f Gr2 $200k 3up f/m.

My contenders in this 7 horse field are :3: Clearly Confused, :4: Heir Kitty and :5: Amaranth.

I think the :3: will be outclassed under pressure and the :5: may not be able to handle the pace by the :4:.

I think the :4: will win pulling away at the top of the stretch or sooner.

If the odds are acceptable but I don't think she will be > 2-1 and how she looks in the warm up, a win bet.

Last time was sitting in second when steadied a solid 5 lengths.
Race looks chalky on paper but if she is overlooked like she might be coming off a poor looking effort, 5/1 would interest a bit.

Last 2 on sod are both decent efforts. Shortens up to 7 panels and looks similar on ability to several of these. 1 for 42 lifetime though.

Bobbled away from gate and got away last @ 20/1
Ran 6th or so missing 3rd by 2 1/2 lengths. Ran decently considering.
Bit unlucky possibly.

Woodbine R10 #3 Giant Asset 15/1
Debut race was interesting to watch. Looked green down backside and lost touch with the field but down the lane had very different leg action and was running really well thru the wire.
Turf today and 2 turns but price should be solid.
