As I posted in the Dumping Illegals thread, illegals with no ID are being given a "Notice to Appear" and turned loose. The Notice is a sheet of paper, with whatever name they claim, telling them to show up for a hearing some months down the road.

The TSA is accepting the "Notice to Appear" as sufficient ID to board a commercial flight, and apparently the illegals are using it for other purposes, such as enrolling in school. I bet those schools have a good school lunch program too.
