Because all the other posts were discussing the 2nd race, which was mistakenly put in the thread title. Simple really...I fixed the title.

I just looked at the replay.
Each fraction, save the first was under 24 seconds.
The winner led at every call. The inward half mile was run in 46.89.
The winner earned the win. There were no unusually slow fractions, IMO.
