This is a custom made starting gate, its much better than most other tracks starting gates, its EXTREMELY heavy, so, if a horse acts up in stall 1, the horse in stall 10 doesn't see the gate shaking as much (or at all). There are also a lot of advantages this gate has over other gates around the country, i didnt know this till recently. Supposedly its much safer for the horses and jocks. Kudos to Woodbine for spending the money on this.
