Trackmaster VS Stable Notification Mystery

I received this notification from Trackmaster just today.

I had put Cooking The Books in my VS stable on May 30. According to this notification this horse was last entered at Yonkers on June 27 race 1. The VS stable completely failed to inform me of this entry. Its shows that Cooking The Books won this race. Anxious to know how much he paid I checked the results. To my amazement the race at Yonkers on June 27 race 1 was won by Orr Hanover.

Whats going on?

I never knew that they send out notifications for Qua entries.
