Last racing day until early September. 33 degrees(91.4 F) and humid, T-storms in the area.
Gotta get my fix and good to last a couple of months. Brought the Big Boy wallet out tonight.
Race 1: Leaning towards the :2: with a better barrier this time from his drop last out, and will play a saver with the chalk :11: ..
Back with early double in a bit.

Race1: Doubles :2: with :2: :10: :11: cheap, as the :6: has gone tilt in the double pool.
Savers :2: with :4: :7: :10: :11: .
Feeling a bit jinxed, as the announcers like the :2: .

:2: gets home on top in the 1st race with a very smooth trip. Wish they were all that easy.
Second Race: sitting on my doubles, the tote board says tilt on the :6: , but this race looks far more wide open to me. Maybe a small each way play on pony that looks good in the parade.....

Second Race: :6: the heavy chalk, looked a bit washy and warm on the track. Gonna play small each way on the :9: dog, who looked great in the parade ring.

Not a whiff in the second. :9: horse faded to last. D'oh!
Third Race: :12: with :1: :6: :9:

Wow! :11: blasts home on the rail - and beats my three saver horses, while the :12: is a non-threatening taker of the scenic route out wide. Didn't think the :11: would handle the class hike.

4th Race: taking an each way on the :3: dog. Should get a good trip.

Got the :3: up for third in the last - no threat to the winner. Cashed anyway.
5th Race: wide open, so taking a price - looks to me like the :4: will like the turn back and post. Saver Q with the :9: .

Argh. Somehow the :4: dog ends up 10 wide at the top of the stretch, and of course hangs, while my 8-1 saver Q horse goes on to win. D'oh! Which is why jockey "C Y Ho" is not on my holiday card list.....

6th Race: keying the plainly named "Dragon" :12: , as he was bet last time but didn't fire on the stretch out. Saver Qs with :5: :6: :9:

6th - a mid pack finish by the :12: , while the steam horse :4: gets up.
7th Race: Taking the :7: each way at 8-1....

Last race the 7 gets a great trip behind the winner, and comes up empty. Argh.
8th: Taking the :8: with :3: :4: :7:
Xpressbet has the doubles and swingers/Q-place/Omni wagers.

They aren't showing any payoffs for the double there

:8: was "shuffled" last race, like my profits for the day.
Three to go.
9th: Taking the :7: with the :1: :3: :12:

Nice. Got the :7: home easily at 15-1 to end the season with a nice profitable evening.
10th: vulnerable favorite in the :1: - not sure the Sha Tin turf is his game. Taking a shot with a lightly raced mule in the :10: - looking for some upside. Medium size each way bet.

Argh. Got shut off top of the lane in last, and then burst for a mid-pack finish. It's like harness racing.
Taking a bomb in the group 1 last race - :5: has had some health issues, but has some back class and dappled out the wazoo. Q savers with :3: :14: .

:14: hangs on by a short, short, nose over the :3: . What a finish.....
Looking forward to September.....
