California tracks workouts?

Handicapping the 8 days meet at Los Al today! Do the California clockers ever use any other workout designation besides H? Every horse, every workout H ! :bang:

They seldom use breezing, only when the horse goes without the slightest bit of urging.

I think Andy Beyer talked about that in his 1st book as it being an East Coast- West Coast type of thing.

I share your frustration in this regard. That said, California is probably the most reliable state in terms of accurate and complete workout reporting, aside from the H/B thing.

"B" for breezing can be a good longshot angle out west, but finding them is few and far between.

In Cal, H/B mean the opposite of everywhere else, if I recall.
