On a Monday.

I thought something would pop up here by the time I got registered, but a search came up empty. Never saw anything on DRF, or other industry type sites.

Any wild guesses? Just a costly bad punch?

Wow.... quite a few people (38 or so at $1 increments) were pleasantly surprised to collect over 9000 instead of 300 or so bucks. WOW

You're absolutely right. I HAD seen that thread, but checked out before the RUI race was ever mentioned. Thanks for pointing it out.

This is really fascinating stuff.
It looks like one person put 400 dimes into a pool that usually takes 10k.
So with takeout being what it is,the bettor had zero chance to win money.
Even if they absolutely nailed the best case scenario they still would of lost money.
Bizarre to say the least.

Race 7 today (July 3) the tri was 9-1 over 8-1 over 29-1 and you get 430 for a buck?

Seems a smidge light.
