Monmouth not working on Twin Spires?

My Monmouth tote odds are stuck at 99-1 for all entries in Race 2 on Twin Spires. Universal problem or just me?

Wasn't paying attention to racing at all today but looked at the charts when I got home. Early pick 4 pool at Mth was $4k? All the pools and the total handle looked really small. Was this a Monmouth problem or all over?

I have accounts with three different ADWs, and they were all having intermittent problems with certain tracks today. Apparently a tote hub was having issues.

tote system just crashed again at around 6:10... some outlets still having issues.
