Missing DRF Speed Ratings for TDN

Looking at PP in the 6/6/14 DRF for TDN races, I noticed there are no DRF Speed Ratings or Track Variants for races ran between 5-23 to 5-28. I use the Speed Ratings as part of my handicapping. Does anybody know why there are no Speed Ratings for that week period? Normally for new tracks or where they may change surfaces, they don't have Speed Ratings for several races. But TDN has been around for awhile. :confused:

After looking at PP for Belmont Park and seeing the Speed Ratings missing for the same period of races at TDN, I remembered that is the week the DRF had problems because of a power outage.

Shouldn't they still go back and fix it, after the fact?
