THOSE girls are not stupid and no one has said that they were influenced by the web.

Talk like this is just shifting blame to a "more perfect world". If those girls can't handle it then the parents should have unplugged the web and got counseling for the girls.

Society or any part of it, is not responsible for their behavior.

Suppose it was your daughter that got stabbed. Blame the web and let them go free? At what point do people take responsible for their own actions? If those girls are not responsible then the parents are to blame and if the parents don't accept their responsibility then they have to accept the consequences.
