Fascinating race w/many angles that are topics here to discuss...

...from pace to trainer...to blood relations in the race...to different speed figure opinions as to who is actually the fastest horse...to weight allowance...

I'm down to SEVEN different horses not including the false favorite...imho...of course...

tough race...discuss...

main decision is projected pace...but will THE brother(s) actually go after one another...ect.... :bang:

I think next time, You'll get comments if you release your own analysis and predictions first, imo. People are waiting for a pick. ;)

I had to handicap this race for NHC contest so...

3 Big Business--First or second 9 of this geldings 10 last starts. Flexible distance-wise can run well off layoffs. Likes Belmont.

4 Smooth Bert--4 year old ridgling--last time track distance last September
wired the chalkie in here. 20-1ML is a laugh. Hasn't run out of the money vs state breds since he was 2. For you weight people was getting 3LBs from the chalkie that day. Gets 7 today.

5 Zivo--completed his 4 straight win in workmanlike fashion off the bench last out, Ultra consistant horse and that means a short price as always

8 Comandante--last time the blinks went on this Pletcher gelding the horse opened up 12 completing a half at the Spa last August in under 45 seconds

Not sure who I am picking yet but it will be one of those 4.

I share your feelings, even worse I gave out BB to four friends
who now have been reduced to one(who bet BB across the Board)
