No surprises here. Obamination Care was never about providing health care to the poor (or anyone else), let alone affordable health care.

But perhaps at some point down the road the poor will have access to world class Internment Care after they expire due to government-sponsored deprivation of medical services. Maybe our compassionate Nanny will kick in $100. for a clean cardboard box for the poor. But I wouldn't hold my breath on that happening either...

In St. Louis, Barnes-Jewish Hospital has started charging co-payments to uninsured patients, no matter how poor they are.

They don't have insurance because they can't afford the premiums and co-pays for ObamaCare. What makes these hospitals think they will pay the new co-pays? What makes the geniuses in Washington think that this is "Affordable Care"?

My sense of smell is telling me the hospitals have found some loophole to get paid by Obama for those unpaid fees. I bet you have to charge the fee, and when it goes unpaid by the poor, it's probably then charged to the gub-a-ment as Cappy would say. Thank God for the gub-a-ment.
