Don Proctor is a jockey at Brown County in South Dakota. A buddy of mine just gave me a heads up that this guy is dominating out there.
Took a look for myself at the results for the last 4 days. He is 14 for 28 . Looks like he has a Russell Baze thing going on out there.
I guess they race again tomorrow. Anyways just passing this along for whoever might be interested ....
