I tracked the win pool carefully for this race.

At 0 minutes to post, WP = $517,511 (10 horse at 22:1)
At 2 minutes after gate opened, WP = $667,007 (10 horse at 15:1)
Final win pool - $492,082 (10 horse still at 15:1)

Is it possible some party saw the late action on the 10 and the 10's good starts and pulled their money out, seemingly after the race started?

I'm sure there's a perfectly reasonable explanation.

Naturally, the 10 was life and death to beat Maria but couldn't stop her charging to the front in the final jumps.

I'd be interested to know which horse(s) got money removed from them, and how much each.

Remember, HPI is all in Canadian dollars, so the totals will be different, but the movements/trends should be the same.

WOW! At 0 MTP the 10 is 22-1. After the race is off, then comes down a huge pile on the 10, moving that animal to 15-1 in a huge pool...

who only loses by a neck.

Boy, does that ever smell. Hopefully, it will be investigated. (LOL)

I don't like it when odds move after the bell... (although, it happens all the time).

Just like the damn stock market!

This is why the game cannot be taken seriously.
Better of playing poker.

Or just screw it take the casino door instead of the racing door.

Didn't even know the straight takeout was 19%.
