I'm thinking they (TVG and Hong Kong) will have to agree to expand the wagering menu. The current one is too limited, and the chances of a big score for someone are very slim.

they give you a good shot at a score every race if you want to bet big. you can bet $3000 to win on a horse @ 10-1 and not budge the board. try doing that in this country other than on a big race day. hitting a superfecta is almost impossible there on short spreads.
