Is anyone up to date on the political situation regarding harness racing in Quebec? And how likely it is that Quebec will have more than a few token races at Three Rivers (or wherever)? And how likely it is that wagering will be permitted (in Quebec, on a year-round basis) on other Canadian tracks?

They are going to revive the Prix D'ete the premier race at Blue Bonnets and then Hippodrome de Montreal in days gone by, scheduled for Sept 21 this year at Hippodrome 3R.

Niatross won it at Blue Bonnets in 1980 at Blue Bonnets

That was what made me curious. I spent some very enjoyable summers at Blue Bonnets in the 1980s, but there seems little information on the intention to "revive" live racing in Quebec (if any). Or for Quebec to participate in simulcasting from other provinces. I'm sure someone knows what is going on, but the available sites seem reluctant to say anything definite. A readily-available schedule of racing dates would be a good start.
